10-08-2017 – By means of the Executive Decree no. 104 of 9 August 2017, the terms for the submission of project proposals have been reopened. The new notice published has been partially amended and supplemented to ensure a more appropriate response to the needs of the area, with a view to an effective synergy between the various actors involved.
Consequently, the deadline for the submission of project proposals has been set at 60 days, starting from the day following the date of publication of the Executive Decree no. 104 of 9 August 2017 in the BURC of the Campania Region.

NOTICE
With DD n. 63 – DG 5 of 17/07/2017, published in the BURC n. 56 of 17/07/2017, the Campania Region approved the Public Notice “S.V.O.L.T.E. Overcoming Violence with Orientation, Work, Traineeships, Training Experiences” ( attachment A), and its attachments (attachments 1, 2, 3, 4).
Objectives
The Notice finances the integrated offer of reception services, work orientation and insertion in training courses, aimed at the socio-occupational inclusion of women victims of violence and trafficking, taken care of by the Regional Network of Anti-Violence Centres and by subjects registered in the national register of associations and bodies carrying out activities in favour of immigrants.
Recipients
Project proposals can be presented by the subjects managing the Anti-Violence Centres set up by the Campania Region by decree no. 25 of 17/01/2017 and the subjects registered in the special register of the bodies carrying out activities in favour of immigrants (as per D.P.R. no. 394 of 31 August 1994 as amended by D.P.R. no. 334 of 18 October 2004) in partnership with an accredited training body for special users.
In particular, the support intervention is divided into the following actions:
- services of reception and orientation to social and labour inclusion;
- activation of traineeships for insertion or reintegration into work, pursuant to Regional Regulation no. 7 of 29 November 2013 and subsequent amendments and additions.
Financial Resources
The financial resources available for the implementation of this initiative amount to €. 2,950,000, 00, to be allocated from the POR Campania FSE 2014-2020, Axis II, Thematic Objective 9, Investment Priority 9i, Specific Objective 7, Action 9.2.3.
Each project proposal is financed up to a maximum of €. 64.000,00, of which:
action a) maximum €. 40,000.00;
action b) maximum €. 24.000,00.
Each project must have a duration of 18 months from the signing of the Concession Deed.
The project proposals, under penalty of exclusion, must be submitted by the leader of the group, exclusively by means of the group’s institutional PEC, to the address avviso.svolte@pec.regione.campania.it by and no later than midnight of the 60th day from the day following the date of publication of this notice in the BURC of the Campania Region.
