Naples, Stazione Marittima, Molo Angioino
On Monday 28 May 2018, the second phase of the course/competition ” Youth of Campania for Europe: Rights, Environment, Mediterranean Diet and Agriculture” will end with the presentation of the multimedia works realised by the students of the secondary schools that joined the initiative. Guided by the teachers who, in the first phase, followed the training courses on the three topics covered by the system action, the students tried their hand at producing videos of a maximum duration of three minutes or one-minute spots. Replicating the success of the 2017 edition, the system action, which also this year has received the patronage of the Representation in Italy of the European Commission, aims to stimulate the creativity and talent of young people in Campania and the strengthening of European values and has seen the participation of hundreds of teachers and the involvement of over a thousand students.
An evaluation committee will choose the best twelve products by theme, two- or three-year category and type (commercial or video). The winning classes will spend an educational stay in places chosen for their strong symbolic value in relation to the themes of the project.
The event will be attended by Serena Angioli, Councillor for European Funds, Youth Policies, European Cooperation and the Euro-Mediterranean Basin of the Campania Region and Luisa Franzese, Director General of the Campania Regional School Office.
Teachers and students who created the multimedia products are invited.
