With reference to the refunds of the payment instalments of the loans granted<\/strong> in implementation of the Microcredit Fund<\/em> (CUP B22F11000270009) and Microcredit PICO<\/em> (B23D13000700009), falling within the competence of the General Directorate “Managing Authority European Social Fund and Fund for Development and Cohesion” and managed by Sviluppo Campania, in implementation of the D.L. n. 18\/2020, art. 56 paragraph 2 lett. c (Measures of financial support to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises affected by the COVID-19 epidemic) and the consequent measures of the Regional Administration, an extraordinary moratorium is granted<\/strong> in order to help micro, small and medium-sized enterprises to overcome the most critical phase of the production drop connected with the Covid-19 epidemic, recognised as an exceptional event and of serious disturbance to the economy.<\/p>\n

In particular, for mortgages and other loans repayable in instalments, the payment of instalments falling due before 30 September 2020 is suspended until 30 September 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n
