market, promoting the transition from education to the world of work and strengthening vocational education and training systems as well as improving their quality, including through mechanisms for anticipating skills, adaptation of curriculum and the introduction and development of work-based learning programs, including dual learning systems and apprenticeship programs<\/p>\n<p><strong>Specific Objective 15<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qualification of the offer of technical and professional education and training (RA 10.6).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Actions to be supported<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualifying interventions of the initial professional education and technical training chain and higher technical training (qualification of the technical and professional education chain, with particular regard to the 13 weakest groups; system actions for the development and coordination of ITS and professional technical centers)<\/li>\n<li>Vocational training actions connected with the needs of local production systems, and in particular strengthening of the IFTS, and of the professional technical poles in a logic of integration and continuity with education and initial professional training and in close connection with the needs expressed by the fabric productive<\/li>\n<li>Internships \/ internships (also in other countries), alternation courses and laboratory actions<\/li>\n<li>Actions of orientation, continuity, integration and support to the choices and employment opportunities connected to the different training courses<\/li>\n<li>Actions aimed at strengthening the networks between schools, companies, institutions and universities to ensure effective orientation functions for training and work choices and the direct participation of companies in the implementation of training courses through widespread alternation and internship practices, including transnational ones<\/li>\n<li>Construction of the national repertory of educational qualifications and professional qualifications linked to the European framework (EQF) and implementation of the national public system of certification of skills with the development and \/ or improvement of guidance services and validation and certification of the learning outcomes achieved even in non-formal and informal contexts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Measures<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fse.regione.campania.it\/ifts-percorsi-istruzione-formazione-tecnica-superiore\/\">I.F.T.S. Istruzione e Formazione Tecnica Superiore<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fse.regione.campania.it\/its-istruzione-tecnica-superiore\/\">ITS &#8211; Istruzione Tecnica Superiore<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fse.regione.campania.it\/offerta-formativa-incentivi-occupazionali-contratti-apprendistato-professionalizzante-presa-datto-ammissibilita-delle-istanze-pervenute\/\">Offerta formativa e incentivi occupazionali per i contratti di apprendistato professionalizzante<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nSpecific Objective 16<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dissemination of the knowledge society in the world of education and training and adoption of innovative teaching approaches (RA 10.8).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Actions to be supported<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promotion of e-learning paths and development of online learning resources (e.g. video lessons)<\/li>\n<li>Training of school staff and training on innovative technologies and methodological approaches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Specific Objective 17<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Raising the levels of skills, participation and educational success in university education and \/ or equivalent (RA 10.5).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Actions to be supported<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scholarships and support actions for capable and deserving students without means and for the promotion of merit among students, including students with disabilities<\/li>\n<li>Strengthening of ITS paths, strengthening their integration with the needs expressed by the enterprise system<\/li>\n<li>Interventions to improve the training offer with attention to transversal skills and the usability of teaching for students with particular difficulties, including the development of supplementary teaching materials and tutoring actions<\/li>\n<li>Interventions for the internationalization of training courses and for the international attractiveness of university or equivalent educational institutions, with particular attention to the promotion of doctoral courses included in national and international networks, as well as consistent with the strategic lines of the National Research Plan<\/li>\n<li>Actions for the improvement of study courses relating to disciplinary areas of particular national and community interest, also aimed at developing specific skills in the field of scientific research also aimed at participating in the development of innovative research<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main beneficiaries\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Educational organizations, companies, universities, educational institutions, institutes and research centers, ITS foundations<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main targets\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Inactive, unemployed, employed people, students, teachers and operators of the integrated education, training and work system<\/p>\n<p><strong>Measures<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fse.regione.campania.it\/its-istruzione-tecnica-superiore\/\">ITS &#8211;
