With executive decree no. 67 of 15/04/2016 the Region launched the new public notice ” Territorial Gender Agreements“, financed under the Operational Programme Campania ESF 2014/2020, for a total amount of 10 euro, of which 5 euro under Axis I Employment (OT 8) Specific Objective 3 (R.A. 8.2) and 5 euro under Axis II Social Inclusion (OT 9), Specific Objective 9 (R.A. 9.3).
The aim of the notice is the implementation of Territorial Gender Agreements between public and private subjects aimed at promoting an integrated territorial system of actions that favour women’s participation in the labour market, through the promotion and implementation of information and guidance services and early childhood care services.
Beneficiaries of the funding are the Territorial Networks, composed of a minimum number of 3 to a maximum of 5 subjects, belonging to each of the following categories: 1) Territorial Areas of Campania, as defined by the Regional Council Resolution no. 320 of 3 July 2012; 2) companies or consortia of companies; 3) trade associations, trade unions and bilateral bodies, of provincial and regional importance; 4) third sector subjects, pursuant to art. 13, paragraph 1 of Regional Law no. 11/2007; 5) other public or private subjects involved.
The presence of the Territorial Area of reference is mandatory in the networks. Each subject can participate in only one Territorial Gender Agreement, with the exception of Territorial Ambits and Trade Associations, Trade Unions and Bilateral Bodies. In all cases it is possible to be the leader of only one network agreement.
Can be submitted a project of a maximum value of € 200,000.00, including the implementation of the following three interventions: Communication Plan (max € 20,000.00), Concilia Point (max €. 80,000.00), Service Vouchers (max. €. 60,000.00 for the purchase of service vouchers for children aged between 3-12 years and max. €. 40,000.00 for the purchase of service vouchers for children aged between 0-36 months).
The project proposal must be drawn up using only the forms attached to the notice and must be sent, under penalty of exclusion, by PEC to dg12.uod02@pec.regione.campania.it, no later than midnight on the 45th day after the date of publication of this Notice in the BURC of the Campania Region. The subject of the PEC shall include the words “Public Notice on Territorial Gender Agreements” Specific Objectives no. 3 (R.A. 8.2) and no. 9 (R.A. 9.3) of the P.O.R. Campania FSE 2014-2020″.
