Regione Campania manage the funds of POR Campania FSE 2014-2020 (Campania ESF ROP 2014-2020) to finance operations included in the context of the Axis of the POR Programme. The public notices issued for any operation give opportunities toto citizens, enterprises and institutions/bodies in Campania with final benefits of large economic, labour and social impact.
We specify that for any public notice beneficiaries are the ones entitled to apply to the notice within the specific terms and conditions; recipients (destinatari) are the ones who enjoy the activities of the notice.
Here are two examples: A) a notice is open to the Universities of Campania to give scolarships to worthy students: the Universities are beneficiaries (they receive the money from Regione Campania to finance the scolarships) and their worthy students are recipients (because receive the scholarships); B) A notice is open to citizens who want to apply to a training course; in this case citizens who apply are both beneficiaries and recipients.
