Vouchers to access to nurseries for families with ISEE requirements eligible to fee reduction

Goal
Alleviate the impact of the economic crisis on families, especially the most fragile ones in relation to expenses related to the attendance of youth services for early childhood;
allow parents – particularly mothers – to maintain or improve their working conditions or to have the time to undertake vocational training, education or job placement / reintegration paths.

Recipients
Families, including single-parent families, living in Campania, with dependent minors aged between 0 and 36 months. In particular, the applicants are the parents including the adoptive and foster parents, who at the date of presentation match the requirements of art. 6 of the Notice.

Type and extent of the contribution
Vouchers for the reduction of costs related to fees and meal vouchers (where not included in the fee) for the attendance of sons / daughters in public nurseries and micronids or in places in authorized private nurseries and micronids.
The maximum amount reimbursable to the requesting parent is determined on the basis of the ISEE or ISEE minors, in the case of unmarried and non-cohabiting parents, valid, net of other bonuses received of the same type (INPS Bonus – Bonus paid by Regional territorial scope)
– ISEE / ISEE minors up to € 15,000: maximum annual amount payable € 3,000 (maximum monthly amount payable € 272.72);
– ISEE / ISEE minors from 15,001 euros up to 30,000 euros: maximum annual amount payable 2,500 euros (maximum monthly amount payable 227.27 euros);
– ISEE / ISEE minors from € 30,001 to € 40,000: maximum annual amount payable € 1,500 (maximum monthly amount payable € 136.37)

The bonus can be combined with other incentives, including financial ones, issued at the national level to deal with the current economic and financial crisis caused by the effects of the war.
The monthly contribution paid cannot, in any case, exceed the expense incurred for the payment of the single fee.

The payment of the voucher will take place according to the schedule provided for by art. 10 of the Notice.

Modalità e termini per la presentazione delle domande
Applications can be submitted starting from 12 October 2022 until 30 November 2022 and will be financed until the funds are exhausted.
The Region reserves the right to allow the submission of applications from 01/01/2023 until 28/02/2023, in the case of residual financial resources available.
Applications must necessarily be submitted by a parent / custodian belonging to the family unit in which the 0 36-month-old child is present, enrolled in the nursery and for which the DSU form was presented for the purpose of issuing the ISEE declaration.
The application for the Nursery Bonus must be submitted by the parent who bears the burden of paying the school fees and must indicate the monthly payments relating to the periods of school attendance, including September 2022 and June / July 2023, for which the benefit is requested. .

The application form must be submitted exclusively online, by accessing the online call system from the website https://servizi-digitali.regione.campania.it/VoucherAsili
6. Applications can be submitted after authentication on the platform through:
• SPID – Public Digital Identity System: it is a personal code that allows access from any device and to be recognized by all portals of the Public Administration. To request and obtain the SPID code: https://www.spid.gov.it/richiedi-spid
• CIE Electronic Identity Card; for information on its operation: https://www.cartaidentita.interno.gov.it/cittadini/

The application must be submitted as indicated in art. 8 of the Notice.
It is not possible to proceed with the submission of the application in ways other than the online one, described in article 8. Applications sent by pec, mail, ordinary mail, etc. will not be accepted.
